Postage and Delivery
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number included which you can use to track the delivery of your order.
We use dropshipping methods direct from our Supplier who is located in Pakistan and UAE. Whilst we will endeavor to ensure all orders are delivered to your nominated shipping address within 5-12 working days. we cannot guarantee the delivery of your product(s) strictly within this timeframe. The shipping and handling fees, including any import taxes applicable will be calculated at the checkout and applied to your order total. Sambo Store Australasia is not responsible for any extra duties, taxes and other tariffs that are required to be paid by you for your order.
For orders with a value of AUD1000 or less, there are generally no duties, taxes or charges to pay at the border.
