We ship worldwide and work hard to get your gear to you quickly, safely, and with full tracking. To ensure the best rates and reliability, we use a smart network of premium carriers including Australia Post, Aramex, FedEx, and UPS.

Australia Shipping (Domestic)

Free Shipping & Shipping Credits

We believe in fair shipping for everyone. On all eligible Australian orders over $200, we automatically apply a Shipping Credit at checkout to cover or reduce your delivery cost.

  • Metro & Major Regional Areas: In most cases, this credit covers the full shipping cost, giving you FREE Standard Shipping.
  • Remote & Rural Areas: For harder-to-reach locations where carrier surcharges apply, this credit significantly reduces your rate. You will simply pay the remaining gap to get the goods to your door.

Exclusions (Heavy & Bulky Items)

To ensure the safe handling of large equipment, orders with a total weight over 10kg are excluded from the Free Shipping offer.

  • Live Rates: The shipping cost for heavy items is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your gear.
  • Real-Time Pricing: See your exact shipping cost instantly at checkout. We automate the quoting process so you can buy your gear without delay.

Delivery Options

  • Standard: The most economical option (via Aramex or Australia Post).
  • Priority: Faster delivery for time-sensitive orders.

International Shipping (Global)

United States (USA) – Duties & Taxes Included

We ship all orders to the USA exclusively via Australia Post International.

  • No Hidden Costs (DDP): We ship Delivered Duty Paid, which means we handle all import duties and taxes on your behalf. The price you pay at checkout is the final price—you will never be hit with a surprise customs bill upon delivery.
  • Seamless Delivery: This ensures the highest reliability, fast customs clearance, and full tracking visibility right to your door.

Rest of World

We select the best available rate at checkout from our network of international carriers.

  • Tracking: All international shipments include full tracking.
  • One Consolidated Parcel: International orders are consolidated in Australia to arrive as a single shipment whenever possible.

Heavy Orders & Split Deliveries

We use advanced boxing logic to pack your order virtually before we pack it physically. To ensure your gear arrives safely, large orders (heavy or bulky items) may be automatically split into multiple parcels.

  • No Surprises: Our system calculates this automatically at checkout—you will see the total shipping cost upfront.
  • Tracking: You will receive a separate tracking number for each box so you can follow every piece of your gear.

Processing & Dispatch

We know you want your gear fast, so our team works hard to minimize wait times.

  • Rapid Turnaround: We process orders Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm (AEST). Most in-stock items are dispatched within 24–48 hours.
  • Reliable Estimates: The delivery timeframes you see at checkout are real-time estimates provided by our carriers, giving you the best possible guide on when to expect your delivery.

Tracking & Updates (Peace of Mind)

  • Instant Visibility: The moment your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you the tracking details immediately—so you can follow your gear’s journey every step of the way.
  • Secure Delivery: To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, our dispatch process is automated. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we cannot reroute packages once they are on the road.

Additional Information

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): Unless you select 'Signature Required' at checkout (if available), our couriers have authority to leave the package in a safe place. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
  • Incorrect Address / Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply to send it out again.
  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
