The Wacoku Freestanding Punching Bag – 6ft is a self-supporting training bag designed for punches and kicks without the need for ceiling or wall mounting.
Constructed with high-density foam and a durable outer cover, the bag provides a stable striking surface while remaining portable. The plastic base can be filled with water or sand to increase stability during use, making it suitable for home training setups, garages, and light commercial environments.
An extended target zone allows strikes at multiple heights, supporting a range of training combinations. When empty, the unit can be easily moved or repositioned as needed.
