Building your neck strength will help you in a wide range of intense sports - from combat sports such as MMA, BJJ and Judo - to greater impact sports such as Football or Rugby. Use this neck building weight harness to add resistance during neck exercises and strengthen your neck muscles. Simply strap the harness to your forehead (Adjustable in Size to fit all) then add weights to the solid chain. Neck Building Weight Harness is sold individually. Head Target and Weight Plate sold separately. Caution: Please ensure correct technique during usage, as using this with weights will cause a lot of stress to your neck muscles.
