Speed Rope - Cross Training Silver Tapered Handle

One of the best skipping ropes in the SMAI range, featuring a lightweight high strength aluminium handle, and length adjustable steel cable rope. The bearing is integrated into the handle, rather than at contact with the rope - meaning smoother motion and less friction on the rope. 3m in length for all heights and age groups, simply pull the rope through the hands and tighten the clamp screw to your length and remove any unwanted excess to give yourself a personalised rope length to suit your specs. High-speed wire rope with bearing handles made from machined aluminium 17cm in length with a light Knurling Pattern on the handle. Note: Speed cables are designed for use on gym flooring tiles. Usage of concrete, bitumen, and hard ground/dirt will significantly decrease the life of a speed rope.
