      A Taekwondo uniform is called a 'Dobok' (도복) in Korean. 'Do' means 'the way' and 'bok' means 'clothing'. It is a symbol of a practitioner's commitment to the art.

      Sizing is typically based on height in centimetres. Each product page has a specific size chart to help you choose. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size to account for any minor shrinkage after the first wash.

      The primary difference is the jacket. World Taekwondo (WT) uniforms feature a V-neck pullover top. International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) uniforms have a wrap-around jacket that closes at the front with velcro or ties, similar to a traditional Karate gi.

      To ensure longevity, wash your Dobok in cold water and hang it to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the fabric. Hot water and machine drying can cause significant shrinkage.
