- Orders over $200: Eligible orders receive a Shipping Credit. This means FREE Standard Shipping for most Metro/Major areas. For Remote/Rural areas, this credit significantly reduces your shipping rate.
- Heavy & Bulky Items (Over 10kg): Excluded from free shipping. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on weight and dimension.
- Delivery Options: Standard (Most economical) and Priority (Faster delivery) available.
International Shipping
- USA: Duties & Taxes Included (DDP). No surprise customs bills on delivery.
- Rest of World: Best available rates calculated at checkout.
- Tracking: Full tracking included on all shipments.
Processing
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri). You will receive an email with tracking details the moment your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns
60-day returns or exchanges for unused items. Online purchases can submit a return request via our returns service.
