The SMAI Round Boxers Shield - Dual Air is double sided soft / firm target. One side has a donut shaped Shock Tec foam filling with centre air pocket for a softer feel, while the other side has a fully filled Shock Tec foam insert for a firm feel. Designed to be used in conditioning circuits, boxing training and outdoor boot camp styles of training. Complete with two PU Wrapped handles on either side, the Round Boxers Shield is a versatile and long lasting training tool.
