Rope can be trimmed to size. To size your rope, remove handle end caps, time rope length to size, re-affix the stoppers and handle end up. Comfort grip ergonomic handle is designed to rest comfortably in the hand and allow an easy grip Before using the rope, check the rope length and adjust as required. The rope length can be adjusted by removing the end caps, adjusting and cutting off the excess rope with pliers. Finish the ends with a knot so that they don't slip out of the handles and replace the end caps.
