The CSG Cloth Shin & Instep Guards provide comfortable, flexible protection for the shin and instep during martial arts training and controlled sparring.

Constructed from durable polyester with extra-thick 12mm EVA padding, these guards are designed to absorb impact while maintaining freedom of movement. The integrated shin and instep coverage makes them ideal for disciplines where foot contact is frequent, without the bulk of hard-shell protectors.

The slip-on cloth design ensures a secure, contoured fit that stays in place throughout training, even during high-movement drills. Suitable for both juniors and adults, these guards are a practical and affordable option for regular training use.
